The ISAlliance is the FIRST industry association to develop a set of broadly accepted best practices and reach an agreement with the major providers of cyber insurance to use these best practices in a market based incentive program.

In conjunction with AIG eBusiness Risk Solutions, the ISAlliance provides a holistic approach to the mitigation of security risks.

AIG, the world’s largest provider of cyber insurance, agreed to provide premium credits of up to 15% for companies that join the ISAlliance and subscribe to these best practices. For many companies, the cash value of this discount may be worth more than the entire cost of ISAlliance membership.

Online Self-Assessment Tools

Members of the ISAlliance have access to our Members Only portal where they can download and complete online Self-Assessments that correspond to the best practices we've developed for Senior Managers, Small Businesses and Home & Mobile Executive Users.

Any new member of the ISAlliance will be given a 10% discount of the AIG eBRS Security Products and Services as part of the benefits of joining the ISAlliance. In addition, if the Best Practices are adopted and shown by the compliance ratings of the online assessment tool, members will receive an additional 5%.

The online Self-Assessment Tools are easy to use and provide an excellent capability to monitor security risk in and of themselves.

Member companies who demonstrate compliance with ISAlliance Best Practices receive the "Qualified Member" status.
