TOM KELLY

Tom Kelly is The Boeing Company’s Director of Internal/External Programs, Vulnerability and Sssessments, IT Information Security and reports directly to the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). Mr. Kelly is based in Annapolis Junction, Maryland and has oversight of the following programs: Cyber Program Support, Transglobal Secure Collaboration Program, Security Advisors, APT, Communications & Portfolio Management, Governance Policy & Risk Assessment, Red Teams, Site Assessments, Application Assessments, Assessments Management & IS Compliance, Net/Host Assessments & Insider Threat.

Tom most recently served as Special Agent-in-Charge of the Chicago Field Office for the United States Secret Service. His other assignments with the U.S. Secret Service have included Legislative Affairs Officer-Science & Technology Directorate, Presidential Protective Division, Secret Service Training, and Deputy Special Agent-in-Charge Forensic Services Division.

Mr. Kelly has Masters Degrees from Lewis University in Chicago, IL, and Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD.
